In addition to planning and coordinating the Empowered Leadership Conference I was also in charge of putting together our Hallway of Empowerment: an exhibition and showcase that highlights artists in and off campus. These artists created pieces and series that explore the importance of their own identities and celebrates the strength of diverse perspectives, empowerment, and belonging. We explore how the basis of our many communities is often the sharing and exploration of our own individualism and identity.
